As we make our own chocolate from scratch - from cacao beans - during the process of winnowing (removal of the shells of cocoa beans), we collect the bigger pieces of the shells to make cacao tea. It's aromatic, it's clear tea, it's wonderful.
Instructions: Steep 1 tbsp of the cacao beans shells in hot water for 2-3 minutes.
