EXQUISITO Sundae Funday White Chocolate

For a very long time we've wanted to pay homage to the quintessential childhood ice cream treat - sundaes! We finally did and it's here for only one very amazing batch.

We dunked a huge amount of freeze dried berries in white chocolate and refined them down until they were silk smooth. After tempering, we fold in waffle cone bits and sprinkles for that essential crunch. Finally, we swirl in our 63% Hacienda Victoria milk for that chocolate dollop necessary to top a sundae.
